Mint n Coco Inc uses a secure merchant bank for purchases. We accept all major credit cards.
Due to the nature of the items, we do not offer returns, however, should your item arrive in poor condition or not up to your liking, we do offer replacements depending on case. Please note that we offer replacements not returns for items that were damaged out of our control (i.e. mail carrier). We will immediately replace the item upon receiving a photo so that we can file a claim with the carrier. Should the item be an error of carrier and is lost in shipment, we will offer store credit for the purchased items or replace. If an incorrect address is given, we must be notified immediately or a return will not be done by the carrier, resulting in a lost item and item will not be replaced. For wholesale orders, please note we offer samples before you place a wholesale order. Should you receive a damaged item, we will replace. However, in order to remain compliant, we do not issue refunds on wholesale orders. Please request samples at $1/sample before placing your wholesale order.
Should there be a sensitive case, please contact us and we can work with you. If a return is authorized, you should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, process the return, and get clearance from your banking institution.

We offer FREE U.S. shipping and commercial rate international shipping direct to consumer, and for wholesale packages, shipping is a flat rate of $15/box. The products leave our location(s) within 1 business day. Larger shipments may take 2-3 days to process. Wholesale orders can take between 1-2 weeks to ship. Please make sure your shipping address is correct, as once an order is placed, we cannot go back and edit addresses. We want our customers to be satisfied and we calculate shipping dates based on service selected. Please note that especially around holiday times or other delayed reasons (i.e. weather delays), Mint n Coco is not responsible for any delays out of our control. We do our best to ship quickly. We can ship to virtually any address in the world, with international shipments and custom fees calculated at time of purchase, buyer paid. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. P.O. Box or APO addresses are welcomed and may take an extra day for arrival as carriers have to switch once items are to be dropped at your local post office. Please note that shipments are not processed on Sundays or National US observed Holidays.
